My week was a bit of a fail also....but it’s a new day...a new week...and if this morning already had a misstep...then it’s a new minute and we can both make the changes necessary to be awesome in regards to our healthy lifestyle choices!!!
It's not truly a fail unless you just didn't try at all and completely give up. You still had two days, right? And some exercise. Just build on that and do a bit more this week.
