Same ol' same ol'

Today's weight was the same as last week's: 235.

Sure, I could have done things differently, but I feel like I'm actually eating less and moving more so the slow weight loss is really frustrating.

I guess I should be happy with that number since I started my period yesterday.

Now I'm off to do some yoga!


  1. I expected more on the scale this past weigh in too. It's disappointing, but we are still making changes to be healthier. The scale will catch up eventually.

  2. Sometimes a maintain is a victory!!! And sometimes our bodies need that week of maintain to allow us to catch up and regulate during this weight loss! Try not to be discouraged and keep pushing forward!!!

  3. I always have a gain when I get my period ...that's the only thing that sucks about letting the scale dictate our success for the week is how our bodies fluctuate so often. Hope you have a good week :)

  4. same here after all those workouts and eating better im still at 235 ...its super frustrating but its better than a gain i guess right lol
