That's better

Today's weigh in was 235.  That's 1 pound down from the first of the year, but 1.5 pounds down from last week.

When I was in my 20s, I could easily lose a pound every couple of days.

Ahh, to be young again.

Anyway, I'm happy to see the scale go in the right direction.

Onward!

  2. I was just thinking the same thing earlier today, how much easier it used to be to lose weight! I remember dropping 4 or more pounds a week just by working out. That means when I lose the weight this time, I need to make sure it stays off!
