Fail

Last week's goal: 4 days of staying under 1660 calories and 150 minutes of exercise.

Actual: 2 days under 1660 cals and 30 minutes of exercise.

Oops.

Let's try this again.

  1. My week was a bit of a fail also....but it’s a new day...a new week...and if this morning already had a misstep...then it’s a new minute and we can both make the changes necessary to be awesome in regards to our healthy lifestyle choices!!!

  3. It's not truly a fail unless you just didn't try at all and completely give up. You still had two days, right? And some exercise. Just build on that and do a bit more this week.
